Rossier meets with delegation from China’s Renmin University

 

The senior leadership team from China’s Renmin University visited Rossier on Nov.14th to strengthen ties and explore substantive collaboration in faculty/student exchange, research collaboration, degree and non-degree program development and other mutual areas of interest. The Renmin delegation will continue meeting with Rossier faculty and students at the upcoming ASHE (Association for the Study of Higher Education) conference in Las Vegas.

The Renmin University delegates included:

  • Juan Hu, Executive Dean and Professor
  • Huimin Qin, Party Secretary and Professor
  • Xianming Xiang, Associate Dean for Foreign Affairs and Professor
  • Donghui Zhang, Assistant Dean and Associate Professor

The Rossier hosts included:

  • Matthew Erskine, Associate Provost for Global Initiatives
  • Dominic Brewer, Vice Dean for Research, Partnerships and Globalization, Clifford H. and Betty C. Allen Professor in Urban Leadership
  • Cathryn Dhanatya, Assistant Dean for Research
  • Jing Li, Assistant Director of APRISE (Asia Pacific Rim International Study Experience)
